general terms!
All prices are in USD and are base prices only. The final price may raise depending on the complexity of your request.
Personal use only! For commercial commissons, freelance opportunities, and business inquiries, please contact me at [email protected]!
I remain as the rightful owner of the commissioned works.
I may modify and repurpose the commissioned works for my own purposes.
I may share the commissioned works on social media, show its process, and use it for my portfolio unless requested otherwise.
I may decline, cancel, or refund commission requests for any reason.
All commissions are subject to my own stylistic interpretation, and the exact details may deviate from the original reference.

process and workflow!
1 Request Form Submission | Submit a request here! |
2 Request Approval | Your request will be reviewed. Please wait for my confirmation message on whether your request is approved or not. |
3 Discussion | We will discuss any further details of your request. |
4 Initial Payment | Once all details have been mutually agreed upon, I will send my final quote and provide my payment details or an invoice link. |
5 Sketching | After the first payment has been confirmed, I may start on the sketching/drafting phase of your commission. |
6 First Check-in | I will send the sketch for approval and feedback. Major changes (composition, posing, etc.) can be requested during this period. |
7 Rendering | Once the sketch is approved, I may proceed to the rendering phase of your commission until its completion. Only minor changes (small color adjustments, touch-ups, effects, etc.) can be requested moving forward. |
8 Final Check-in | I will send a watermarked preview of the finished commission for final touch-ups, feedback, and approval. |
9 Remaining Payments | Any remaining fees must be paid before I send the final commission files. |
10 Commission Delivery | Once everything is approved and confirmed, I will send you a Google Drive link containing the commission files. The commission is done! :D |
Please provide visual references and be as clear and precise as you can early on in the process to avoid revisions down the line!
Any major edits and changes requested after the first check-in are subject to additional fees.
Feel free to ask for check-ins and WIPs at any time during the process! All WIPs sent will be watermarked.
If you have a specific deadline, please let me know so that we can discuss it! Otherwise, I will work at my own pace.
My usual turnaround for illustrations is within 1-2 weeks, but it may still depend on the complexity of your commission.
Payment!
Payments will be sent through Paypal invoices or Ko-fi. GCash and direck bank transfers are available to clients in the Philippines.
At least half of the final price must be paid before I start working on your commission. The remaining amount must be paid before I send the finished commission files. You may also pay in full upfront!
All payments are non-refundable. However, if for any reason I am unable to finish your commission, you will receive a partial refund (because of transfer fees!)
